We offer a 100-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make returns simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@connectsounds.com. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at support@connectsounds.com right away so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Sale items or gift cards

Custom/personalized products

Perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return your item once approved and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
